| Mr Speaker, As the new Minister of Finance, I have the pleasure of presenting the Budget of the Government of Beluzia for the fiscal year 4142. This year, we are proposing a 251,759,415 BEL increase in spending. Previously, as Shadow Minister of Finance of the BRRP, I proposed a budget in Parliament for the fiscal year of 4140. That year, the nation had a large budget surplus, so I thought: Why not increase spending as to help the working and the middle class? But unfortunately, the budget proposal was voted down 0-451, with our own party opposing it. That was because we had a Finance Minister who did not agree with increasing spending and was a fiscal conservative. Other parties had to consult with the Minister of Finance to see if it was in conformity with the executive economic plans. But as we all know, it was not. But now, the Green Democrats have disbanded and we have a new Government in charge, with the Ministry of Finance under my control. We currently have a budget surplus of 252,044,685 BEL. As a staunch communist who believes that the working class can be helped better through spending so as to prevent the rich, greedy bourgeoisie from ruining their lives by setting up corrupt private companies and polluting factories, then stealing their lands and jobs, we propose this budget proposal, which has the government investing more into the lives of our hardworking citizens. By investing more into different sectors, our economy will grow and newer innovations and technologies can be researched and created in these particular sectors as to ensure everlasting success. We in the BRRP hope that the National Assembly will vote Yes for this proposal and that the National Assembly will move forward with our economic plans, which will be published in the upcoming weeks.
