Following the heinous, insulting and outrageous actions of the Baltusians, the Government is today willing to seek a solution to the issue. The Government of His Most High Majesty the Shah of Aldegar imposes the following demands upon the Baltusian government; - an immediate and full apology for their incorrect attribution of a terrorist attack to Aldegar - an immediate and full apology for their heinous besmirching of the good name of our nation - the surrender into Aldegarian custody of the alledged terrorists, to enable Aldegarian authorities to seek the truth concerning who seeks to plunge us into conflict -recognition that it is the right of the Shah, as an indivdiual with individual freedoms and rights, and the right of His successors, as individuals with individual freedoms and rights, to claim the Baltusian throne The Government will in return - recognise the right of the Baltusian people to choose the Shah as their rightful ruler at a time of their choosing, with no applied pressure or coersive action Both Governments will agree to facilitate the unification of their respective thrones under the Shah at a future time of the choosing of the Baltusian people in an open and fair referendum, if and when this becomes their settled will. |

Message | Honourable members of the NDU, it is quite clear that this deal is particuarly favourable to your nation. It is not in the best interests of Baltusia to accept this agreement. Your nation has no good name, your nation is power-hungry, as is your Shah. Try again. Lewis Wright Foreign Secretary of Baltusia |
