Description[?]:
Mr. Speaker, It wasn't long ago that Duchies held the responsibility of regulating both the procession of and sell of recreational drugs. As of recent, the supposedly strongly federalist men and women in the HDU and NCP, and other conservative parties, banned the industry in an omnibus bill. It grew the National Government's size several times as Cannabis and other drug businesses were shut down in the more Libertarian duchies. It would be best, both from an economic point of view and a small government point of view, to remove the ban and leave the issue to our duchies. Where they can decide if one should smoke something or not. I yield, Emma Genn Imperial Prime Minister ---- |
