MessageMr Speaker,

I recently was contacted by the Foreign Ministry of the Valruzian Federal Republic, requesting to ratify the following treaty. I opening up the debate on a neutral standpoint for the time as we have a variety of different opinions in the Alliance and this bill is very international in approach and demands.

We honestly only have qualms with certain aspects of the Military Section of the Treaty, largely the amount of foreign military bases required in each of the ratifiers regions, with six regions, although we would have no room in Haldor so I'll put it at five. If all members ratified the treaty there would be a total of 45 foreign military bases in our country.

We do not question military co-operation but if there is an extreme change of government in any of these nations it could be a massive national security threat, on this basis alone we lean towards a no vote.

We leave the floor to the Council.

Helma Sulzbach,
Foreign Minister

MessageMr Speaker,

For The Future looks for very long period of time on this treaty, and we cannot agree on good part of it:
1.
D) All member states must have an minimum of 1 IUMF Military bases/HQ's per region.
E) All member states must share intelligence, military technology and military research to the International Unity Party Union (IUPU)
3.
A) All member states must share all technology and all research to the International Unity Party Union (IUPU)
B) All member states technological institutions will be under direct supervision of the International Unity Party Union (IUPU)
4
A) Neither tariffs nor quotas shall be imposed on any nation’s goods or services.
B) All member states will be granted access to the "International Unity Party Union (IUPU)" free trade area.

The points of treaty we do not agree with basically want to force us to share our technology, to force us to have no tarrifs. They want to have full control over our technological institutions.

For the Future sees this as Bolshevik Union.

MessageJust to correct this is what is say and I quote ''All member states must have an minimum of 1 IUMF Military bases/HQ's per region.''

In total your nation will only has five Military bases. As we under stand 45 would be way to many. Also it's under the direct control of the IUPU/IUMF so other nations can take advantage.

It will be a great defense for your nation as all the IUMF military is top of the rage and state of the art.

MessageMr. Speaker, Right Honourable Members of the State Council,

this is exaclty why we should never ratify this treaty. "under the direct control of the IUPU/IUMF". We should never willingly give jurisdiction and permission to any foreign institution to control military units inside our borders.

MessageOur guests from Valruzia Unity Party,

You may understand something, but Treaty says different.
Also, we do not want our country to be under some control, people of this nation will always be free to choose.

MessageRP: It's one thing to say that other nations are taking advantage and then when proven wrong. Your party's accuse us of taking your country under control? This is stated nowhere within the treaty!

In the way some party's have taking this is just out of fear.

We will leave the debate here. and all the best to your nation without us!
