The government of The Free State of Malivia has the right to develop Biological and or Chemical weaponry in order to keep all citizens safe from all outside threats. However to use these weapons the approval of the President, Secretary of Defense, plus approval from three other members of the cabinet is required. The goal of the bill is to gain peace through strength. |
