MessageWhile the DC agrees with the PDP on many matters, this bill goes too far. The DC feels that the government has a compelling interest in balancing the freedoms of individual citizens with the instilling of national pride. The Party would reconsider its rejection of the proposal if the national anthem article was moderated.
