Message | If we want criminals extradited to us from foreign countries, we will have to reciprocate the act with those foreign countries. The unfair and draconian laws you speak about are covered by the current law that states we will not extradite to countries with " capital punishment or with cruel or inhumane treatment of suspects and convicts.' |
