Description[?]:
Mr President, Honorable members It is unfair to sanction the development and production of industrial hemp. This move has hindered the growing potential of the development of the hemp sector by farmers and private sector where Hemp products can be created locally for consumption and exports , which will also provide more jobs and grow the economy along with added revenues for the state. Therefore to unlock such an economic potential for the state and its citizens, we must remove the sanctions on hemp and legalize the production of industrial hemp. |
