MessageOOC: In the real world, the whole point of elections is to determine who forms the government. If one (or usually two or three in Europe) party wins enough seats they'll form a cabinet on their own. Or two or three parties with enough seats combined for a majority will form the cabinet. I don't understand the notion that three or four (or every) party should be in government - its not necessary apart from times of national crisis nor is it realistic.
