In November, the DSPR celebrates its bicentenary. The DSPR has led the cause of the Rutanian working classes for 200 years, and is currently in one of the strongest positions it has ever been in, holding both the Presidency and Prime Minister's office. In celebration of this landmark, the DSPR is presenting a radical programme to the People's Assembly. |

Proposal[?] to change Closed shops are places of employment where only members of a specific union are allowed to work; union shops can hire non-members, but these have to become members after a certain time; agency shops can hire non-members, who have to pay a fee to cover the unions costs.
