As a way for the LUC to flex their muscles, and as well as a way to overall decrease national and global pollution, we feel the following changes are in order. As always, these are open to debate |

Old value:: There are no regulations on the ownership of private cars.
Current: Only cars using environmentally friendly fuels are allowed.
Proposed: Private cars are allowed, but people are encouraged to travel collective and tax incentives are provided for cars using environmentally friendly fuels.
Article 2
Proposal[?] to change Government regulation of pollution in industry.
Old value:: The government enforces moderate pollution restrictions.
Current: The government enforces highly restrictive industrial pollution standards.
Proposed: The government enforces highly restrictive industrial pollution standards.
