| The Constituent Assembly of Endralon, formed by members of the Federal Parliament, as constituent power given by the people (http://classic.particracy.net/viewnews.php?newsid=539956) and governed by law (http://classic.particracy.net/viewbill.php?billid=501046), presents the following reform to the Constitution of Endralon: Article 1: The official name of the nation The official name of the nation is: Szövetségi Köztársaság Endralon (Federal Republic of Endralon) Article 2: Extinction of the Senate of Endralon As a constituent power, the constituent Assembly decrees the abolition of the law that created the Senate of Endralon (http://classic.particracy.net/viewbill.php?billid=495261) and so the extinction of this organ. All the powers currently belonging to the Senate shall be the responsibility of the Federal Parliament. Article 3: Legislative Reform 1st: The number of seats in the Federal Parliament increases to 502 seats. 2nd: The mandate of the Executive and the legislature passes increases for 48 months, but there will still be the irrevocable possibility of convening of early elections. Article 4: Ideals of the Republic of 3939 Is forbidden to use titles of nobility in Endralon. Article 5: Acquired citizenship All foreign residents living in law-abiding Endralon there are at least 5 years may acquire national citizenship through a test. Article 6: Increase in the number of proposals from Parties Increases the number of maximum monthly proposal by party for 20 and the maximum number to 40. Article 7: Treaty of Gongmangdo withdraw Endralon withdraws of the Treaty of Gongmangdo Article 8: Constituent power limited Any party may at any time propose amendment to the Constitution to be adopted requires a two-thirds majority of the members of the Federal Parliament vote in favour of the proposal. Article 9: Dissolution of the Constituent Assembly In case of approval of this constitutional reform project, the Constituent Assembly will be dissolved and will be called early elections.
