Bill: Arms Exportation Reform Act 4153

Details

Submitted by[?]: Fortschrittsvereinigung

Status[?]: passed

Votes: This is an ordinary bill. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.

Voting deadline: December 4153

Description[?]:

We strongly believe the recent legislation brought in by the LAP regarding arms exportation is a fatal mistake. Surely exporting arms on a case by case basis is the most sensible method of exporting arms; it eliminated loopholes and increases efficiency. We strongly urge the legislature to back this bill.

MessageMr. Speaker,

I ask the member of the LAP to define our enemies. Please name them. Case-by-case approval means that the government checks the potential buyer before the procedure. The security board in our intelligence agency is well equiped with appropriate means to avoid situations like this when we "would only give oue enemies weapons".

MessageMr Speaker,

We commend the State Chancellor on his sensible explanation of this bill, stripping us of the need to do it ourselves. However I would urge the members of the Liberal Worker's Party to look up the definition of "case-by-case" in the dictionary!

MessageOther than enemies, racist countries like Saridan and ones who are hostile may get weapons to continue their hate. We should never give the government the ability to help the "bad guys"

MessageMr. Speaker,

CASE-BY-CASE approval. If one country violates human right or international law or pose a threat to our safety we will not agree for the weaponry sale. Period.
