Here are some trademark foreign policy proposals in our manifesto for the previous election. We still hold these policies dear, and as such will put this up for a vote. |

Article 2
Proposal[?] to change The national refugee policy.
Old value:: All refugees are welcome but no financial aid is given to them.
Current: All refugees are welcome, regardless of their reason, and given aid in integrating them into the country.
Proposed: Only refugees that are victims of extreme circumstances are welcome; they are given integration-aid.

Message | Mr Speaker, Whilst that's all nice and cute, the members of the LAP do not seem to know that if we're constantly pouring such large amounts of money into other countries and welcome in refugees left right and centre, that this will have a NEGATIVE effect on the people of Dorvik, the people we have all taken an oath to do our best by. I will not stand for this and thank the members of the FDU and KU for supporting this reasonable bill. In addition to the LA's internationalist rhetoric, let me remind you it was YOUR party which stripped refugees of any integration aid, which MY party said was a step too far, and a step which we will now move to correct! As of present we are simply taking in anyone who labels themselves a refugee, but dumping them here with not so much as a penny! Joseph Mikaelson, Leader of the Progress Party |

Message | Well, they must earn, if they're able to. Also, were pouring moderate amounts. We have a surplus of 2 billion DDO for God's sake |

Message | Mr Speaker, We're not saying they shouldn't earn either, we're just saying they need to start SOMEWHERE. It's ridiculous to think the refugee will be okay if we just dump them here without a penny to their name. Moderate aid to get them started off is sufficient. However we would rather they did not even stay permanently, our country is full enough as it is. As for the surplus, that's money better spent on our OWN people! Our healthcare services, our educational services, our law enforcement have a higher mandate than refugees to that money. Joseph Mikaelson, Leader of the Progress Party |

Message | Mr. Speaker, "well they must earn it". Our main priority is to provide job and stable economy for our own citizens not for refugees. Tim Tancredi. |

Message | I'd say all people residing in this country should be spent on and respected, not just ones that are from here. Respecting your chunk of land more than others is sentimental nonsense. If we have equality, then if refugees get integration aid, so should or citizens, which would be too expensive |

Message | Mr Speaker, Our citizens already have aid. It's called welfare! Those who NEED support are already given support! For those in the State Council which in years passed have questioned my party's patriotism, always remember the blatant disrespect for the concept in its entirety from the LAP! Joseph Mikaelson, Leader of the Progress Party |

Message | Mr Speaker, I am most amused by the infighting in the government's so-called 'coalition'. I for one am happy to say the DFU will be supporting this Bill. Severin Ludwig, Party Parliamentary Leader, MP for Westmark. |
