Message | Mr Speaker, Simply letting local authorities determine the best forest protection policy is if anything a benefit to environmental protection. Local areas have different needs, as such by letting local governments tailor fit the needs of that area and determine its own regulations is a superior policy to the highly restrictive one of present.
