Description[?]:

The National Divan, with the application of the majority repeal clause attached to the original legislation, hereby repeals the International Diplomatic Censure with relation to Baltusia.

In relation to the nation of Baltusia, the following shall apply;
• diplomatic recognition and exchange is hereby restored between Aldegar and the named nation
• citizens from the named nation shall be permitted to enter Aldegar
• Aldegarian citizens shall be permitted to travel to the named nation
• trade shall be permitted to take place between Aldegar and the named nation

In addition, the Divan and Government pledge to respect the will of the Baltusian people with respect to the issue of Head of State and to work with the democratically elected government of Baltusia to produce a settlement in accordance with the expressed will of the Baltusian people.
The Shah continues to hold the right to use the titles associated with Baltusia within Aldegar, but no reference shall be made in official documents or diplomatic missives.

MessageThe additional clauses are not part of a new introduced law, and shall not become law until the Baltusian referendum is concluded. They are merely the stated diplomatic positions of the Government, and thus the bill requires only a simple majority and not 2/3s as it does not constitute new policy or law.
