| Minister Giulia Rossetti: "The Government present to the Parliament this bill to introduce a cohomprensive Welfare provisions that will recognize all the citizens as rightful of the same rights. We propose you to introduce a child benefits system open to all the citizens which will provide child benefits to all the minor until they will be 18 years old, benefits based on the personal income revenue of the family, based on how many members formed a family, patrimonial status, etc... And we propose also to regulate the tuition policy in the same way, subsiding it until a certain amount, based on income revenue and other familiar factor, providing an exemption area for the low-income renevues. Thank you" |
