MessageMr Speaker,

This suggested change in our policy on the use of Nuclear Weapons is totally hawkish and dangerous! Permitting the use of Nuclear Weapons as if it were just another normal bomb is dangerous act and we cannot endorse it.

I call on our Parliament to do the right thing and put an end to this madness!

Emris Hayes,
ANP Defence Representative

MessageMr Speaker

Nuclear weaponry should be used as a last resort, which is why we implemented the current law a while ago. We cannot vote for a bill that would allow us to use nuclear weaponry at any time.

MessageMr speaker,
In the event of a war, which can't be ended peacefully extreme actions must be taken to end a war. Nuclear weaponry is a deterrent, the chances of us actually using it is minimal, but if we scrap our nukes, we will be open to nuclear blackmail and become a nation which doesn't look very serious on the world stage.

Will Henkins,
CPC leader.
