"given the trouble in Hawu Mumenhes and the fall of the Esinsundu Empire, and after a long dialogue with its Government, I would propose to the Nation to swith our vote to Hawu Mumenhes to Luthori, so to have an active and influential nation into the Security Council at place of the inactive Hawu Mumenhes.
