The government of a nation is of the people and by the people, but is not the people. It is this we must keep in mind, and limit the scope of the operations of the state. The proposals in this bill further remove unneeded weight from our budget, and allow other programs to recieve the adequate funding they deserve, and will allow us to have a more technically advanced military. |
