Debate
These messages have been posted to debate on this bill:
Date | 05:33:51, January 21, 2017 CET | From | National Progressive Party | To | Debating the Revival of the Nation Act |
Message | The NPP and all reasonable peoples should be against a majority of this Bill, as it is, Blatantly, a very Pro-Military, Anti-Immigration, and Somewhat Segregative. This is NOT what Beluzia stands for. |
Date | 06:23:33, January 21, 2017 CET | From | Unionist Party | To | Debating the Revival of the Nation Act |
Message | The LUP denounces this blatant attack on LGBTQ and minority rights. The NSM has the audacity to call the members of this Assembly traitors, while only looking to consolidate their own power and shred every single right afforded to the people of this great nation. The LUP asks all sensible parties to vote against this monstrosity of a bill. |
Date | 02:24:34, January 22, 2017 CET | From | Beluz People's Party (BPP) | To | Debating the Revival of the Nation Act |
Message | Articles 3 and 8 are reprehensible, but we can easily undo them, if this legislation is passed. Support for the military has waned significantly since my late father's government. It is imperative that we restore Beluzia's military strength; therefore I endorse this bill. I ask members of my party to support this bill. Kathy Fletcher Wallace Prime Minister of Beluzia. |

Random fact: "OOC", "IC" and "IG" are commonly-used acronyms in Particracy. "OOC" refers to comments, discussions and actions which are out-of-character, meaning they are done player-to-player rather than party-to-party. "IC" refers to in-character interactions (ie. party-to-party). Similarly, "IG" means in-game, although this term may also simply refer to what happens in the actual game interface, as opposed to on the forum or elsewhere. "RP" just means "role-play". |
Random quote: "Who are the militia? Are they not ourselves? Is it feared, then, that we shall turn our arms each man gainst his own bosom. Congress have no power to disarm the militia. Their swords, and every other terrible implement of the soldier, are the birthright of an American...[T]he unlimited power of the sword is not in the hands of either the federal or state governments, but, where I trust in God it will ever remain, in the hands of the people." - Tenche Coxe |
