| By order of the Congress of the Federal Union of Gaduridos (passing unanimously), A full and total embargo has been imposed against Rutania. The Gaduridan government, as well as Gaduridan citizens and companies are no longer permitted to trade with Rutania. This ban will remain in place until: - Rutania recognizes Ardinian sovereignty, and releases any and all claims to their territory, - This embargo is repealed by a 2/3rds majority in Congress. |
