| Minister of Finance, Edoardo Lorefice: "The Government, given the increase in the budget income and to face the bill recently approved, presents this spending review to better address the economic and social situation of the Republic. We will increase the budget for the Social Services to cover the new disposition about the Universal Child Benefits. We will increase the budget for the Minister of Food and Agriculture to facing the request of our ally the PNI that point out our attention on the needs of the farmers that was excessively affected by the previous great cut on the sector about incentives and subsides. We will increase the budget for the Internal Affairs to increase the security into the Nation given the recent attempt to the Demcratic Order by part of LDPI and IUM and given the increase in the international intelligence activity and to facing the expansion of international terroristic movements. Finally, we will increase the budget for the Defence to start an ambitious "Nuclear Developing Program" (Programma di Sviluppo Nucleare), to assure to the Istalia, as well as other powers, a nuclear arsenal and in future mobil and fix platform into deploy the new equipements of the Nation. About this Developing Program, the Nation will increase its deterrent capability against attack or threat for the Nation and we will be able also to respond to the worse action against our Nation and our Citizens. The Program will involve the most important company of the Nation: Leonardi Industrial Group and its know how in the defence field and Enist Energia Istaliana and its know how with the Nuclear Technology. Thank you." |
