1) The largest party will have the right to propose the first cabinet. 2) If said cabinet fails, than the right will fall to the next largest party. 3) This keeps repeating until a party can form a stable cabinet. 4) If no parties are able to form a coalition, an early election must be called. 5) The right to form a cabinet can only fall to a party with representation in the National Assembly. 6) If any party disobeys this law, their cabinet will be ruled invalid and will be defeated by the National Assembly. |
