| We would once again announce that a year from any election year, the PCK will run a primary election, to determine the parties election candidate. Each Etat will host a primary election. Each etat will have Two delegates, that will vote on the Candidates. The delegates are bound by party rules to vote for the candidate that wins that etats election. Each etat will have Two delegates that vote. The candidate that receives the most votes, will win the nomination. If an election is close, between 49% and 51% the etat is considered a tie, and each candidate will be awarded One delegate each. If the primary round ends in a tie, the previous winner will win the nomination. If the previous winner is not running, a run off vote will be held, this time each etat will have One delegate. If that also ends in a tie, the Candidate that received the most popular votes overall tallied from the Original primary, and the run off, will win. If an early election is called, There will be no primary round, and the previous winner will run. If they decide not to run, the previous runner up will run in their place. If a candidate for president looses three times in a row in the National general election, without gaining an average of 25% of the vote, they will not be allowed to run in the primaries in the next election. After that "probation" period, they will be allowed to run once more. |
