Bill: 06/4155 the Breadwood's Combo-Cabinet Proposal (COCAP)
Details
Submitted by[?]: Progressive Democratic Party
Status[?]: defeated
Votes: This bill is a resolution. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.
Voting deadline: January 4157
Description[?]:
We, the Social Democrats, would like to invite you for the COCAP-plan. Our main goal is to achieve that our minister posts are given to the party who's most suitable for that function. REMEMBER: we will form this cabinet AFTER the next election, so we'll know for sure that the amount of seats won't be an advantage. We suggest we do it as followed: 1. Leave a message underneath this proposal, in which you tell me and the other parties which ministerposts you think you would manage the best of all parties. You are not forced to have a ministerpost. If you dont want a ministerpost, it will be most likely you also won't manage it the best of all parties. Meaning that (of course) there will be some parties who have several ministeries. Remember, it's about managing our ministerposts the best! You can also propose other parties for the minister posts. 2. I'll make a selection of our nominees for each posts. The plan is that, out of these names, we'll pick 2 parties who will take part in the 'final'. 3. I'll make a bill for those 2 parties. We're going to vote underneath that bill. For example: YES for party A and NO for party B. The winner of that election will be our new minister. 4. After all this, I'll make a final cabinet proposal, all chosen at the most democratic way and all ministeries will be managed as good as possible. To prevent corruption by myself, I won't nominate myself for any post. But I can be elected if someone else nominates me. This bill stays in the debate fase until May 4156. I hope that you've all had your time to share your opinions by then. | ---->After that I'll start the voting procedure and you can vote |YES if you support this plan and NO if you don't. | |------This is the ONLY voting procedure where the amount of seats matter! I hope you all support this idea, Yours sincerely, Jeremiah Breadwood The Social Democrats |

Message | A very cunning ploy. Unfortunately, your underestimation of the SUN and SNPP will be your undoing. |

Message | Whenever the left attempts to propose a cabinet, that itself is cause for suspicion. What Solentia needs is strong leadership, something only the SUN and SNPP can provide. |

Message | Unbelievable. Eventhough I try hard to let the right-wing parties cooperate with the left-wing party, I always comes to an end because sir Meyer thinks dictatorship is the answer for rising democracy! Well done! |

Message | That is your reason to reject this problem? I suppose you already voted no when you saw my name standing on top of this bill. Have you even saw there is a discription underneath? |
