| Hi, I would like try again to propose you this bill, also because some of us did not understand that it was an OOC RP authorization, someone thought that it was the IC In-game authorization of the Government to organize a mission to send in Rutania. So, I explain: this is an "OOC RP Authorization", is the out-of-character bill to demand to all the players in Istalia if they are interested to the the Role Play about Rutania. It was a players of Rutania which invited us to partecipate, this because the IC'role of Istalia as international power, Security Council's member and influent member of World Congress. RP History: There is a civil war in Rutania. An indipendentist political movement arise in Ardina and organized a referendum to affirm the independence of Ardina. The Rutanian Government had considered this referendum as illegal and didn't recognize the result of the referendum. Ardinia is ready to rebel even using weapons and support for it came from Gaduridos and Saridan (and recently there are other nations that are showing their support for Ardinia). Gaduridos started also military operation against Rutania and now is about to send a military fleet and organize a stable communication way to supply equipments, arms, etc... while Saridan assuring logistic and financial support. Istalia assured its support to the central and legitime Government of Rutania and proposed to it to send one of its Air Naval Tatical Squad to aid Rutania to maintain the naval blockade and to contrast the threats that could arrive from the sea but also aid in the air defense. Istalia said to the Rutanian Government that the Istalian Forces will be not disponible for offensive operations. And the same about Gaduridos or Saridan, Istalia will not organize attack against this two nation and maybe it will only procede to inspection and seizur if needs of Saridanese or Gaduridos shipments discovered to shipping arms and equipements for the rebels in Ardina. Now, does you want partecipate to this Role Play? If you will vote yes, the Government will present a bill to the Parliament to authorize the mission to Rutania. So, this is not the in-RP bill for the Parliament, this is, as said, the OOC RP Authorization bill to approve the partecipation of Istalia and of its players to this RP. I Invite the players to vote yes to this, because it could be a great opportunity to show the military capabilities of the istalian armed forces, to show to the world our Air Naval Tatical Squads, an opportunity to increase our weight on the international stage. Maybe we could enter also in the Artanian economy throught a close cooperation with Rutania Government that I think it will be very grateful toward our Nation. Thank you so much |
