Message | ARTICLE 1 Fact: Harming exotic animals when you are going to sell them does not benefit you in any way. Those who sell inferior, damaged animals will quickly find themselves run out of business. Fact: This legislation wastes tax money on regulation of the trade, when the real problem is with the owners of the animals, whose mistreatment of their pets will not be punished by the market. This legislation does not prevent their harm and the money spent on the regulation of this trade would be better used by the BSPCA. ARTCLE 2 Fact: No one seems to have a reason for regulation farm size in the first place. Fact: Encouraging farms to coalesce is forcing small businesses to form into big corporations. Fact: Most market monopolies are created by government intereference where it is not required. This legislation is an excellent example of this. |

Message | A big 'no' to yet ANOTHER rebuttal. Why donate the funds to a private charity to do exactly the same work, praytell? |

Message | The government regulates the trade. A pointless cause. The private charity, without the massive support of the tax payers, will be more efficient dollar-for-dollar and helps animals abused by OWNERS, not traders. A worthwhile cause. |
