| Assemblymen and Assemblywomen What we are proposing here is what we feel is a new and sensible plan to help us improve economic growth models and allow for some smaller scale tax reform. What we are doing is taking funds from programs that have more than enough funding and diverting it to programs like infrastructure and the health service.
