| Our party as adjusted its policy on the death penalty; we believe as of current too many cases are slipping through loopholes due to the death penalty currently only being served to those who have committed crimes against humanity, treason or crimes against mankind. We believe that the death penalty should be given to SOME capital crimes if there is utterly undeniable evidence and proof that the accused is the culprit, and the capital crime is heinous enough. |
