| Saridan is committing human rights violations, by operating concentration camps, causing the death of millions there. Text of the Resolution: With this resolution, which have force as a law, Kanjor officially imposes trade and economical sanctions, including an embargo, on the Republic of Saridan. This resolution forbid to export of goods, services or funds into Saridan and imports of same kind incoming from Saridan. This resolution authorizes Kanjor to deny the validation of Saridanese Visa, in incoming as outgoing, for all the nationals as well as foreign citizens. Kanjor refuse to authorize landing of planes and docking of ships of saridanese origin, except if there is an emergency, in that case the equipement will be seized by the Kanjorian Government, or if come a request of political asylum. Any violation of this disposition is punishable by fines and prison sentences, commensurate with the gravity of the infringement, as well as can also result in a trial for minor treason for acts against the national interest. If the Senate give its authorization for a special bill, presented by the Government as well as by a Party, Kanjor is authorized to organize or participate in humanitarian mission in favor of the population of Saridan. Finally, the Kanjorian Government reserves the right to authorize activities in support of the saridan population: the people involved in such activities and their actions are not punishable by the provisions of this law. Title Two: If any military action is taken by Saridan, be it against us directly, or Our great friend Istalia, we will strike back with our military at full force. We have submitted a new budget to Adress this issue, and with this Bill, We will enlist At least 500,000 new soldiers, upgrade all arms and equipment. Title Three: This bill tweaks the recall Act, if it were to pass. All Kanjorian Troops overseas are to return home to get re-outfitted for war. All non-essential Personnel, will return home as well. Every embassy overseas will send 50% of their defense forces back home, to get re-outfitted and re-deployed for war, if it were to break out. Title Four: This will declare a National state of emergency. All security measures will be tightened up, Nuclear and biological weaponry will be primed, in case of possible use, All Police and Military Personnel will be on the highest alert. Title Five: Deports all Sarinese Nationals that are not Kanjorian citizens. |

| Message | Good, however Kanjor is already an enforcer of an embargo against Saridan. We also believe the resolution contains measures that are too drastical in our view - that can hurt Kanjor-Saridan relations on many levels. Punishing ordinary citizens is not an answer, and we believe the embargo already in place long term makes the government of Saridan choiceless - either they'll get voted out of power or their economy will collapse. We believe the measures aiming towards isolationism and strictly strengthening our defense capabilities are positive changes however. |
