Message | We agree with articles 1, 2 and 3. Article 4 is a little hazy, though. Discipline levels are a very dangerous thing and we are not sure it's a good idea to let the be set by the schools themselves. Nevertheless, it's true that the government, be it central or local, can do as much wrong as the schools. |
