| We are asking, that if a War were to Break out between Saridan and Kanjor, that ALL Media in Kanjor Will come under Emergency government control. The government in this case will pick and choose programming. This bill if passed, can be overturned by these conditions: The war ends; Is overturned by an Emergency order from the President of the Republic, if the Emergency orders act passes; If war does not break out, but the bill has been passed, the bill will become void; If the senate votes to overturn the bill. |

| Message | This is an outright assault on the freedom of press - which must be fundamental even during wartime. We can't censor ourselves to peace and prosperity not even during the nation's darkest hours. Kanjor's taxpayers pay for our nation to have public service TV and radio - so that can instead be used for vital societal information for citizens. This law is unnecessary and it's frankly worrying that the PPSK would propose anything of this fashion . |
