MessageArticle 1:

Energy is a necessary for all. The government must move to counter the private profit-incentive which, if left unchecked, will marginalize less wealthier families and smaller companies, slowing economic growth and prosperity.

Article 2:

Monopolies are destructive to the market's power to stabilise price when many competitors are present. The government must move to regulate monopolies. It must prevent monopolies from arising in markets where competition is necessary to ensure a stable price, market growth, and research and development (e.g. pharmaceuticals). It must also reinforce monopolies in markets where competition would seriously injure the market's ability to deliver efficient goods and services (e.g. policing and firefighting services).

Article 3:

In the modern digital age, phone service is a necessary form of communication. The government should move to regulate the price with the intention of making phone service more accessible to economically marginalised citizens.

Random fact: Players have a responsibility to differentiate between OOC (out-of-character) and IC (in-character) behaviour, and to make clear when they are communicating in OOC or IC terms. Since Particracy is a role-playing game, IC excesses are generally fine, but OOC attacks are not. However, players must not presume this convention permits them to harass a player with IC remarks that have a clear OOC context.

Random quote: "The worst thing the bad guys can do is force us to doubt the good ones." - Viria Agelasta, former Selucian politician
