Description[?]:

My collegue : Audrey-Sophie Waters-Laflamme, present a bill whose aimed was to improve union right,

We would like to know what was wrong with such a bill, since it was refused.
I believe maybe the opposition was on closed shops, since closed shop are closed to any non-union members.

So I suggest a compromise,. we can make agency shop and union shop legal, but keep closed shop illegal.

MessageWhy should people be forced to pay a fee or join a union in order to work?
Join up if they wish to - that is fine - but if they don't want to join a union why should they? Therefore, in my opinion, union shops and agency shops are discriminatory.
