You are present a red carpet for frequent banking crises and their speculations, which storically are more likely in economies in which it was recognized as private banks the right to issue currency. And how without a central bank it will possible modify the interest rates, control the amount of money circulating, who will control the inflaction, who will control the whole banking system to avoid the crisis due to the speculations? Who will intervene in case during a crisis a bank at risk of insolvency for hardship reserve? This is simply madness!
