Declaring our dedication to the advancement of civilised society, and, Rejecting the concept of vengeance being allowed a place in the administration of justice, and, Recognising that unavoidable defects in all justice systems may cause an innocent person to be executed, and, Declaring that the death penalty is a cruel punishment, therefore, The Democratic Republic of Ikradon hereby outlaws the use of the death penalty in all areas under its jurisdiction. |
