Smoking is currently prohibited. The FOCL (Freemen Of Common Law) believe it is the choice of the individual whether or not they wish to smoke tobacco. A person must have the right to choose what goes into their own body. Properly regulated and enforced, tobacco has the potential to generate insane amounts of extra revenue for The FREE state of Malivia. |

Proposed: Smoking is legal everywhere, at the discretion of the property owner. However, service/employer property owners that allow smoking must provide a separate non-smoking section.
