The Enquiry led by the Attorney General Faisal Assad, Justice Minister Saira Ewad and Chief Superindentent Reaz Khan into the financial dealings of His Most High Majesty, Samrad I, has concluded and published the following report;

- The Shah did knowlingly enact efforts to undermine the democratic proccess.
- The Shah, by using the Royal Fund which is made up of taxes, did violate laws on public financing of political parties.
- Hezb-e Melli-ye Aldegār did knowlingly acept illegal funds.

Members of the Divan are now asked to vote to accept the findings of the Enquiry, which recommends;

- extensive curtailing of Royal power
- Parliamentary expansion
- the arrest and imprisonment of members of the Hezb-e Melli-ye Aldegār executive.
