| The current child benefit laws are easily open for abuse; every large family is currently entitled to them no matter how wealthy they may be. Thus, millionaires are receiving child benefits. This is simply not on and we propose only giving child benefit, quite rightly, to those classified as low income or poor. Those who are not low income/poor, but are struggling financially as a result of children will also be viable for child benefit if they apply for it, and will have their case reviewed. |
