Bill: Luxury Goods Sale Taxation Adjustment 4164
Details
Submitted by[?]: United National Congress
Status[?]: defeated
Votes: This is an ordinary bill. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.
Voting deadline: March 4165
Description[?]:
With the large surplus and the huge tax rate we are asking of our citizens to pay for luxury items, we believe we should lower taxes on luxury goods. This is much fairer for our people, they are currently paying extortionately high tax rates. As such, we propose to progressively lower this tax, for the moment we propose moving from 25% to 20%. |
