| Message | Mr Speaker, We would flock to support this bill, however there is one fundamental problem; this bill proposes only allowing the largest party to propose a cabinet. This could lead to a crisis if for example, the second and third largest had agreed to form a government without the largest party. We urge the chamber to retract support for this bill.
