| We believe that as Adoption involves the whole life of a Small Child.It must not be left to Private Organisations and they must not regulate it.Therefore we believe that the government must take adoption policy in its own hands and ensure that the child goes into the hands of Well Qualified Parents.Only After Tests and an intensive program people must be allowed to adopt a child.
