Message | We are pleased to see this proposal being taken up in the Adunarea once again. It's a commonsense measure to prevent the spread of the diseases that afflict decadent urbanites. We know that respectable couples will continue to procure their contraception at pharmacies throughout our nation. We reiterate our position that contraception has a place in responsible family planning that does not rule out reproduction altogether, so long as both partners are in adequate health.
