Voting deadline: September 4166

Description[?]:

Humane Military Actions-No Exceptions Act. A bill designed to bring the humanity back to the armed forces of the Republic of Telamonia. The Cosmopolitan Libertarian Party believes our armed forces should be a beacon of hope and virtue in the world, and need to be held to the highest standards to set an example for the world to follow. This will not weaken our military, and will actually increase national security through the newfound goodwill that we will experience worldwide.
