Submitted by[?]: Patriotic Party of Baltusia
Status[?]: passed
Votes: This is an ordinary bill. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.
Voting deadline: November 4166
Description[?]:
This house recently overwhelmingly voted to ensure the sale of recreational drugs continues to be prohibited by law. http://classic.particracy.net/viewbill.php?billid=504823 This means that cannabis can only be bought by illegal methods and this cannot be tolerated. Therefore we ask Congress to look again at a total ban of cannabis as a recreational drug to close this loophole in the law. However, we continue to support its use in medical treatment. Message | Mr Speaker, No, it means we wish to change the law so that the recreational drug policy is in line with the sale of recreational drugs policy i.e that both are illegal. The current state of affairs is encouraging illegal sales and we wish to rectify it for the good of the nation. Xander Fisk Patriotic Party Leader |
