| Madame President, Honourable Justice Secretary, Members of Congress. I, Patrice Lambert, being one of the Patriotic Party representatives from the state of Terrarokka ask for an urgent enquiry into the way that state is being run. Governor Alexandra Jennings has over stepped her remit by nationalising companies and introducing many other laws without even consulting Congress. She is basically running Terrarokka like her only private communist dictatorship. This is utterly unacceptable and I ask for the national government to intervene in the running of this state and censure Governor Jennings for overstepping her authority. The excerpt below from a recent story reported through the Baltusian News Agency points out the pertinent facts. Newspaper article (also found at http://forum.particracy.net/viewtopic.php?f=17&t=187&start=290) : "Abuse of power in Terrarokka, say opposants Alexandra Jennings, governor of terrarokka, has signed many executive decree, without consulting the congress, the others parties, or governer of others state, she said it was urgent to act. Here at the list of executive order by Alexandra jennings 1 : Brutal nationalization of Virtua-Cieolo, a compagny popular along many Terrarokkan, for being an internet providor and selling computers to students and professionnals. 2 : Decree to authorize the reconstruction of the Rococielo General Hospital 3 : Decree giving the autorization to the Red Cross to make campement in city park and to install medical material. 4 : Decree giving the autorization to any medical staff, to force entry in a private property, if ever they need immediate access to electricity 5 : Nationalisation of Magia, a brand of store who has open franchises in all over Baltusia 6 : Decree state a national mourning of 3 days, in memory of the victims. 7 : Publication of the 7 suspects, their identity, their face, their feature and their portrait all over the streets 8 : Creation of fund of rewards, that would give reward to any citizen who would help the police to catch of the suspects. 9 : Nationalization of 4 private renewable energy compagny, Igniergia, Gaiergia, Glakiergia, and Aergia Corporations. 10 : Nationalization of The Night, a 5 star hotel compagny who posses multiple hotels in Terrarokka as well as in others Baltusian states. last : Decree adding the True Real Libertarian to the list of "cults" and to the list of "mafioso groups" Jennings explain her moves in front of the local press I had to act right, We were hit by a large scale of unprecedent hate, and all actions I have taken are in response to this act of hate. I have decided to add the True Real Libertarian to our lists of cult and mafioso groups. I ask our population to lend an aid to your state, who taken care for your security and your lives, today, your state and many citizen will need open, please help our medical staff give the wounded healthcare they need. I also have invited the Red Cross to come to our state and help us. Finally, I declare that Virteo-Cieolo, Magia, The Night, Igniergia limited, Gaiergia limited, Glakiergia limited and Aergia limited will now belong to the states, we have discovered in the register of business that those compagny belong to suspects involved the attacks, and I believe the best way to deal with mafioso groups are to cut them from their revenue. I do not nationalize to nationalize as an ideological stance, these compagny were source of fund for terrorism and we have decided to stop. We haven't decided what we are going to with those compagny, yet, I will settle that later. dealing with terrorism is our first priority. I ask my collegues in our state to seize all Magia Stores and Hotel of The Night. Her opposants accused her to profit from the attacks to abuse her power and nationalize everything that move." |

The law state that there is a local police force and we believe it is the role of the police force to dealm with issues of security. We also know there the 7 seven suspect are now located in Lodamun, just the other side of the frontier, laughting at our police force because they don't have permission to catch. | Message | Whatever the situation the actions of the governor are unconstitutional. Look at the law of the land: http://classic.particracy.net/viewbill.php?billid=501255 Article 2 of the State Symbols and Regional Governments Act of 4152 sets out what state governors can and can't do. It states: "The Governor will have as its primary function to oversee the good functioning of all the Institutions in the State, as well as managing everything our Legislation states as their obligation, these laws will explicitly state when they're giving a direct attribution to the Governor, delegating responsibilities to the "Local Governments". At no time has the national government devolved power to allow local governments the right to decide which companies/organisations to nationalise or bring under state control. This is absolutely clear. If Governor Jennings suspected certain companies of crime in Terrarokka she should have worked with congress, the government, state and national police and the justice department to seek a conviction/resolution through the proper channels. These organisation were seized, and there is no suspicion that they committed crime, they belong to organised crime, so we had the local police step in them and seize the control, in order to look at the finances and the activities of the compagny. And i believe information were found. You call this nationalization, but these compagnies are not even operationnal and the national government should have already have nationalized, which them some of them were illegal to begin with. | Message | BREAKING NEWS: ALEXANDRA JENNINGS FOUND IN GEVARO ALONGSIDE 3 MEN WITH PISTOLS After the President sent a large group of military and police forces out to the Gevaro/Terraroka border, Miss Alexandra Jennings was found with 3 other men. All of these men were carrying light-pistols and one man had blood. 2 soldiers and 6 police officers made the sighting and the call for reinforcements was made. Miss Jennings immediately handed herself in to the offices and she was immediately placed in the back of a specialist BAITI van, however the 3 men put up a fight.
