| Arbitrator: The Honourable Chief Justice of the Supreme Court, Graham Montpellier Defendant: Alexandra Jennings Charges: Governments Abuse of Power x9 Preperation of Terrorist Acts Plea Hearing Procedure: 1) The Arbitrator will set out the charges that the defendant is convicted of, what they are and their maximum sentence. 1.5) The Arbitraror will inform the defendant of the advantages of an early plea at this stage. 2)The Arbitraror will ask the defendant to make their first plea. 3) The Defendant will make their first plea on their charges. 4) If a guilty plea is entered, the sentence trial will go ahead. 4.5) If a not guilty plea is entered, a trial will be announced, the jury will be called, as will the state prosecutor. 5) At the point of a not guilty plea, the judge sets out the time and date for the trial and informs the jury and prosecutor. Rules and Etiquette - The arbitrator must be addressed as "your Honour". |

Miss Alexandra Jennings has been charged with: 9 counts of Governmental Abuse of Power, specifically- 1 : Brutal nationalization of Virtua-Cieolo, a compagny popular along many Terrarokkan, for being an internet providor and selling computers to students and professionnals 2 : Decree giving the autorization to any medical staff, to force entry in a private property, if ever they need immediate access to electricity 3 : Nationalisation of Magia, a brand of store who has open franchises in all over Baltusia 4 : Decree state a national mourning of 3 days, in memory of the victims. 5: Publication of the 7 suspects, their identity, their face, their feature and their portrait all over the streets 6 : Creation of fund of rewards, that would give reward to any citizen who would help the police to catch of the suspects. 7 : Nationalization of 4 private renewable energy compagny, Igniergia, Gaiergia, Glakiergia, and Aergia Corporations. 8 : Nationalization of The Night, a 5 star hotel compagny who posses multiple hotels in Terrarokka as well as in others Baltusian states 9 : Decree adding the True Real Libertarian to the list of "cults" and to the list of "mafioso groups" For each of the individual charges of Governmental Abuse of Power- the maximum sentence is $1000 BLD fine and 72 hours of community service. 1 Count of Preperarion of Terrorisrt Attacks, specifically- Using a terrorist group known as 'The Vampires' to violently help you evade arrest. For the offence of Preperation of Terrorist Attack- the maximum sentence is life imprisonment without parole. |

| Message | At this very early point, an early guilty plea allows for 1/2 off of your eventual sentence with regards to the Governmental Abuse of Power. With regards to Preperation of Terrorist Attacks, a guilty plea would drop the maximum sentence to Life Imprisonment with Parole (25 years minimum.) Now I will ask you for your pleas. | Message | Yourb Honor, the defence ask for the withdrawal of governmental charge of abuse of power, 4 5 and 6, we believe that such acts are not abuse of power. Miss Jennings simply tried to reassure her citizen who were struck by a violent attack, 9 Is a mission, that order the police to put the name True Real Libertarian in the list of mafioso groups, as with the Jacynastra, Akorivo and the Enbrizardei mafio group. The terrarokka state has already put a list of group which are to be under police for suspected acitivites like racket, cartel organisation, kidnapping, drugs sales and prostitution. 2 Is a also absurd, we had exeptionnal circumstence and there may be patient who urgently need electricity in order to follow their health, the former hospital being destroy, she simply told medical staff : get the electricity where you can get, if you must breakin private property to save lives, do it. The defence understand why 1 3 7 and 8 are brought foward and are ready to explain the decision to the court, it may have been sudden, we believe it was not abuse of power. finally, the defence say that our client had not plannified a "terrorist" act, Miss Jennings had no communication with the vampires, and we would like to give her the chance to explain in detail what happen this day. IC: Your Honour, I'm State Attorney Granville Hardy and on behalf of the National Government of Baltusia I am ready to proceed with the case. However, at this stage the State is willing to drop counts 2, 5 and 6 of Government Abuse of Power charge if Governor Jennings changes her plea to guilty on counts 1,3,4,7,8 and 9. We will argue that on all six of these charges the Governor breached the constitution by enacting laws that are the sole domain of the national government and congress. Subsequently, we will also proceed with the case against Governor Jennings in relation to Count One - preparation of terrorist acts. | Message | Your honour, For now, the defence reject the offer of the state Attorney. Since Alexandra took executive decision and did not pass laws. She decided to seize property that belong to the mafia, a power granted to any police, if they believe organised crimes is present. It was a seizure, to stop the compagnies from working and investigate them. The defence also have evidence that the accusation of preparation of terrorist is nothing more then lies. And that the arrest of my client was not acceptable in any kind of state regime.
