MessageMr. Speaker,

we would like to know what made the Minister of Foreign Affairs take this decision. We have had good relations with Vanuku for decades and, forgive me for the expression, I hardly know where Istalia is situated. We would like to hear an explanation on behalf of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

MessageMessage from the Diplomatic Representative of Istalia in Lodamun, the Consul Nicola Alticozzi:

"Mrs Hennes,
good evening, allow me to aid you to "place" Istalia into the world. My country is constitute by a pleasant peninsula and a large island on the far eastern tip of the majatran continent, it's name derives from an ancient name of the great island today know as "Alaria": once time ago Alaria was know as "Estalia", land of the East, in proto-istalian, or Selucian-Estalian.

My country was the home of one of the oldest civilizations in Majatra and in the world, the powerful city and then kingdom of Qolshamih.
Istalia was also a melting pot of civilizations, with the Selucian colonies established on the shores of the island which became which the basis of the istalian legacy.
Then we was part of the Augustan Empire and then of the Ahmadi Caliphate.
The Ahmadi Emirate of Quanzar became then the greatest danger for my country which at the end was conquered by the Emirate and became know for century as Quanzar, which arrived also to conquer the Kingdom of Estalia/Istalia, on the Island.
Was with a great revolution and century of fights that my country descovered the freedom and expeled the invader and after a period know as Union of the Soviet of Quanzar, at least was founded the Istalian Republic, which resisted until today more or less continuously for 800 years.
It's true, until one century ago my Nation experimented little involvment in the international stage, but today let me explain the position of Istalia:

It is one of the Security Council Members, stable representative of Majatra since the foundation of the World Congress.
Thanks to our activity and resoluteness we contribute to the fall of the Theocratic regime of the Ameliorate Republic of Saridan, we leaded one of the greatest awareness and diplomatic campaign against Beiteynu which today, because of the economic problems arising from the numerous international sanctions, are started to change most of the extreme policies of its legislation.
We solved the Baltusia-Aldegar crisis supported our dear friends of Baltusia.
We partecipate to the defense of Rutania from foreign attack.
We are established relationship with most part of the most developed nation and we result between some of the most developed.
We are starting today a continental campaign for a Trans-Majatran Corridors Network to develope an advanced and common highway and rail system.
Our industry is one of the most advanced into the world, among which the energy, technology, defence and services sectors.
probably you could be interested to take a look to our biggest industries:

We have established few years ago our nuclear strategic command and lauched our first SSBN submarine and we are ready to launch the second.
We are stigmatizing the Koeistad Pact and many other nations, as Hutori, Luthori, Yingdala, Trigunia and many others responded to us condemning this infamous Pact.
And I'm sure that the LNC have follow the development of the Pontesi-Lodamun crisis and how we supported the extradition of the international terrorist and criminal Kotari Ravel which today finally is about to reach Pontesi.
It's not good Mrs Hennes close the eyes and isolate itself from the rest of the world, It is likely to remain in the dark about things you should keep in mind rather well.

Thank you for your attention Mrs.

MessageMr. Speaker,

since Istalia is being very proud to have had a role in the extradition of Kotari Ravel, we will not be supporting this bill. I would like to thank Mr. Alticozzi for clearing that out.

Random fact: In order for a Cabinet bill to pass, more than half of the legislature must vote for it and all of the parties included in the proposed Cabinet must support it. If your nation has a Head of State who is also the Head of Government, then the party controlling this character must also vote for the bill, since the Head of Government is also a member of the Cabinet. If any of these requirements are not met, the bill will not pass.
