An Act defining the exercise of executive power in the Khanate of Jelbania

Article 1
Executive power shall be vested in the head of state (the H'an)

Article 2
The H'an shall generally exercise the executive power through his Mnistrs and on the advice of his Wrntusrljikai and/or the relevant Mnistr in each case.

Article 3

The H'an may exercise powers without regard for the advice of any other official where legislation allows it.


Article 4
Where the H'an cannot perform his duties, the Kurultai shall designate a person as Regent-Atabeki for the duration of the H'an's incapacity or youth. This person shall exercise the executive power on behalf of the H'an
